No figures of return, yield or performance are published on this site, and none should be inferred from it. Should the company at any time raise capital for a programme, it will do so through documentation prepared for that purpose, to the persons entitled to receive it, under the law of the relevant jurisdiction. That documentation, and not this website, would govern.

3. Programmes are under development

The programmes described on this site — at present Clear City — are in preparation. Describing a programme is not a representation that any government mandate, approval, concession, licence, land right or zone status has been granted, that any application has succeeded, that any agreement has been concluded, or that any entity, financing or construction referred to exists or has been committed.

The structures, layers and sector vehicles described on this site are how the company designs programmes. Any particular programme is implemented as the applicable law, the host government's procedures and the arrangements with counterparties allow, and may differ from the general description published here.

Diagrams and illustrations on this site are illustrative. They show relationships and sequence, not shareholdings, valuations, scope or any concluded arrangement.

4. Forward-looking statements

Statements on this site about what a programme is intended to include, how it is intended to be structured, or what the company plans or expects to do are forward-looking. They reflect intention at the time of writing. They depend on decisions by governments and other parties that are not ours to make, and on legal, financial, environmental and political conditions that may change. Outcomes may differ, and we undertake no obligation to update such statements.

Where this site states that programmes are designed to meet standards applied by development finance institutions, that is a design requirement the company sets for itself.

The content of this site, including its text, diagrams and the company name and wordmark, belongs to the company or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced as your own. Quoting from the site with attribution is fine.

8. The enquiry form and the automated assistant

This website offers an enquiry form (on the contact page) and an automated assistant (available from every page). The assistant answers from the published content of this site. Its replies are generated automatically, are not reviewed before they are shown, may be incomplete or wrong, and are not statements, representations, advice or commitments by the company. Nothing the assistant says can confirm an approval, a concession, a partnership or any term, and nothing it says creates an obligation on the company's part.

A conversation with the assistant and a submission through the form are passed to the company by e-mail so that a person can respond. Neither constitutes a contract, an application or a formal notice. Formal notices must be sent to the legal address below. The company's binding statements remain those made in signed documents.
